All Louis Philippe jewelry purchases are shipped free of charge to our valued customers.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Louis Philippe, your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer-friendly return policy offers a full refund or merchandise credit if returned within 30 days.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of or the original sales receipt. To facilitate your return, please email us at customercare@louisphilippejewelry.com to obtain a Return Address and Authorization Code.

Warranty

Louis Philippe warrants all jewelry purchases (“Product”) to be free from material or workmanship defects. In the event of a defect, Louis Philippe will repair or replace (at its option) your product at its expense.

This warranty is not in effect in cases of damage to the product which has been caused by misuse, abuse, or conditions of unreasonable or abnormal use.

If your returned item qualifies for repair or replacement and it is determined that it cannot be repaired; and where an identical product is not available for replacement, a product of equal or greater value will be offered as a replacement. 

Return & Replacement Process

In order to obtain a full refund or replacement, your purchase must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Before returning a product for repair, replacement or credit, please email customercare@louisphilippejewelry.com for your Return Address and Authorization Code. Returns must include an authorization code clearly printed on the outside of the returned package in order to be accepted.

In your returned package, please provide your full name and address. If the Warranty is applicable, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you with postage and insurance prepaid by Louis Philippe.

If repair or replacement cannot be accomplished, a credit will be issued in accordance with our published policy.
